**27th March 2020**
The store will remain closed until further notice.
However what we are doing in order to still provide out services are as follows:
Under the current guidelines it has been announced that we are able to still come to people homes and carry out works that need to be done provided that the tradesperson is well and has no symptoms. There must be a 2 metre distance maintained throughout the duration of the repair.
“Work carried out in people’s homes, for example by tradespeople carrying out repairs and maintenance, can continue, provided that the tradesperson is well and has no symptoms. Again, it will be important to ensure that Public Health England guidelines, including maintaining a two-metre distance from any household occupants, are followed to ensure everyone’s safety. No work should be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household, such as emergency plumbing or repairs, and where the tradesperson is willing to do so. In such cases, Public Health England can provide advice to tradespeople and households.” (gov.uk, 2020)
Our telephone lines have remained open for people to be able to contact us with any queries and to arrange any work that needs doing.
REMOTE ACCESS & ANTIVIRUS
We are also currently offering remote access in which we can install items such as antivirus.
Other software issues may also be resolved via a remote access session therefore reducing the need for any physical contact.
If you feel like this suits your situation better then please give us a call to book a time slot for your remote access session and how to set it up.
You will need access to the internet and will need to install a piece of software called TeamViewer for us to be able to connect to your computer to perform the work. Click here to download TeamViewer.
MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS
Mobile phone repairs can still be booked online using our online booking system, however we have implemented that the booking slots are further apart. iPhone screen repairs can either be done in the customers home or can be taken away and returned when the new screen has been fitted.
Please book your time slots online for your iPhone repairs using our online booking form. Any issues with this, please don’t hesitate to call us.
If other devices, such as iPads, tablets, laptops and desktops, require any hardware changes they will need to be taken away and repaired off site. Otherwise, if they have software issues they can be repaired onsite for our usual call-out charge.
iPads can be booked online through our online booking system, however, they are not able to be repaired within the hour. Instead, you are booking a slot for the engineer to collect your iPad to take away for repair.
COMPUTERS & PHONES FOR SALE
We still have computers, laptops and phones in stock for sale. However, numbers are limited and will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you require one of these devices please give us a call so we can arrange this with you.
**24th March 2020**
As you are probably aware from the Prime Minister’s update on Monday evening (23rd), all non-essential stores have to be closed. Which unfortunately means that from Tuesday 24th onwards we will be closed until the foreseeable future.
If you have a device currently booked in with us then we will contact you individually to arrange collection/drop-off of your item.
We will be offering a remote support service and our phone lines will still be open during our normal opening hours. More details on this will be given in a follow-up email/update that will be sent out over the next few days.
We would like to thank you all for your continued support and patience during these difficult times.
We will be updating our social media pages as regularly as we can, so to see the latest updates, please follow us over on Facebook and/or Instagram using the links below.

CURRENT SHOP STATUS
At the moment, the shop is open for business with our usual open hours so you are able to come in store to get your devices repaired.
Note: All devices are thoroughly cleaned before they are handed back to the customer.
If it comes to it that we have to close due to the coronavirus outbreak then we will still continue to work in the shop to make sure devices are being repaired, but we would just be closed to the public.

If we are forced to close, then we will update our site send out an e-mail to outline what work we will still be carrying out and how we will go about that.
